Registration
All foreign participants are kindly requested to register using on-line registration on the Congress website. Kindly pay your registration fee in CZK (Czech Crowns) and send the confirmation of payment (credit card details, copy of bank transfer) to the Congress Secretariat (CBT) by regular mail, fax or as an enclosure of your e-mail. Each Congress participant must be regularly registered a must pay the appropriate Congress fee. Only the invited guests and speakers are waived from the payment.

Mode of payment
Your fees can be settled:
- by bank transfer to Congress Business Travel account No. 1942073339/0800 (for payment in CZK) with Česká spořitelna, Václavské nám. 16, Praha 1, IBAN: CZ63 0800 0000 0019 4207 3339, SWIFT: GIBA CZ PX, variable symbol 702. All bank expenses must be paid by remitter!
- by credit card mail order (kindly provide following details to the Secretariat: type and number of card, card holder´s name, expiry date and CVV code i.e. last three digits on the signature panel)
Cancellation of the Registration
In case the registration is cancelled in written form before August 23, 2007 the Congress Secretariat will refund 80% of the total sum pre-paid. No reimbursement can be provided after this date however the Congress Secretariat will send all Congress materials to the address of the participant after the Congress.
Exhibition, Sponsorship
The Congress will be accompanied by a company exhibition which will be open from September 23 to 25, 2007. For further details, information or sponzoring possibilities kindly contact the Congress Secretariat.
Catering
Coffee and tea will be served during coffee-breaks. Further possibilities for individual lunches and refreshments can be found at the METROPOL directly or in the close vicinity from here.
Official Language
Czech, Slovak and English are the official languages of the Congress without simultaneous translation.
