2/ How to Prepare E-Poster
Posters are presented on touch LCD panels (PDF format). Authors may also present their works in moderated section.
Discussion regarding E-Posters is scheduled from 12:00 till 13:30 on 23rd and 24th May in Labský hall. This section is moderated and authors are invited to brief presentation of their presentations (5 minutes) and discussions.
E-Posters are displayed on touch LCD panels all the time for all participators.
Preparation of the E-Poster:
- E-Posters are presented in PDF format. Applications like MS PowerPoint or specialized graphics applications can be used for implementation of the E-Poster.
- Screen size is 52 x 6x3,5 cm (width x height). E-Poster has to be compliant with this size - width of the document is adjusted to the screen width (it is recommended to setup width of the document to 52 cm), height of the document is arbitrary - E-Poster is scrollable
- Recommended minimum font size is 18-20 points regarding document in width of 52 cm.
- Zoom function is implemented, therefore any detail like image or graph can be zoomed in.
Implementation of the E-Poster:
1) MS PowerPoint
a) document sizes setup (width 52 cm, height as needed) in "Design/Page Layout"
b) insertion of content, graphs and images
c) Send out to michael.belda@itrilobite.cz with attached PPT file (conversion to PDF files is provided by us) or PDF file (300 dpi)
2) Other applications ( e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
a) document sizes setup (width 52 cm, height as needed)
b) insertion of content, graphs and images
c) Send out to michael.belda@itrilobite.cz with attached PDF file (300 dpi)
We kindly ask you to send us your presentations before 15th May 2013.
NOTIFICATION:
In case you do not alow to download your poster through QR let us know. If we don't receive your statement that it is not acceptable, your poster will be automatically allowed for downloading to mobile devices of all visitors (smart-phones, tablets).
