Please read the following information carefully!
After submitting the completed form you will be provided with automatic e-mail confirmation that submission was successful. After the registration fee is paid you will receive a Letter of confirmation of the registration from the Organizing Secretariat. A tax invoice will be sent separately. In case of problems during the registration process please contact the Organizing Secretariat.
Letter of Invitation
The Organizing Secretariat will send you an invitation letter on request to be used for this purpose. An invitation letter can be sent also if your institution requires it.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Organizing Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of registration by fax or by e-mail. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
Refund of registration fees, with a 25% administrative charge deducted, is possible if written application reaches the Organizing Secretariat before March 30, 2013. Cancellations received on or after March 30, 2013 and prior to May 1, 2013 are entitled to a 50% refund of registration fees paid. After this date no refund will be possible, the Conference materials will be sent to the registered participant after the Conference.
